AnXi TieGuanYin Oolong Tea

Anxi Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea  is one of China's most famous oolongs. Anxi is a city in the southeastern part of Fujian Province, China, renowned worldwide for producing high-quality Tie Guan Yin oolong tea. Traditional Chinese Tie Guan Yin oolong tea is made with medium oxidation and charcoal roasting.

However, the Light Aroma or Floral Aroma version of Tie Guan Yin oolong tea was largely developed in the 1980s, inspired by the light oxidation techniques used in Taiwanese oolongs.

This Anxi Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea (Light Aroma or Floral Aroma) has curly dry leaves. When steeped in boiling water, each leaf unfurls, returning to its original shape. The liquor is clear and light yellow, with a taste of fresh grass and floral notes.
