Long Ching Tea(Gragon Well Tea)

Longjing Tea, also known as "Dragon Well" tea, is a type of Chinese green tea from the Longjing Village in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. It is one of the most famous and highly prized green teas in China, celebrated for its unique shape, color, aroma, and flavor.

The taste of Longjing Tea is smooth and mellow, with a subtle sweetness and a lingering aftertaste. It has a balanced flavor that is neither too astringent nor too bland, making it a favorite among tea connoisseurs.

To brew Longjing Tea, use water that is about 80-85°C (176-185°F). Steep the tea leaves for 1-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse into the water. The tea can be brewed multiple times, with each infusion revealing different nuances of flavor.
