Guzhang Maojian Green Tea is produced in Guzhang County, located in the western part of Hunan Province, China. The term "Maojian" refers to the fresh and tender tea leaves made from one bud and one leaf.

The western part of Hunan Province, where Guzhang County is situated, is a famous mountainous region composed of the Wuling and Xuefeng mountain ranges, with an average altitude of over 1,000 meters. Karst topography is widespread in this area. The unique geomorphology of the "Zhangjiajie" scenic area, 110 kilometers away from Guzhang County, made it the filming location for the Hollywood movie "Avatar."

Guzhang Maojian Green Tea is made from the tender buds and leaves of carefully selected tea tree varieties. It is processed with great precision and is known for its tightly rolled, downy appearance, bright green color, fresh and high aroma, mellow and refreshing taste with a sweet aftertaste, and its ability to withstand multiple infusions. It is renowned for its unique flavor and aroma, earning it the reputation as a "jewel among green teas."

 Brewing Method:

1. **Teaware Selection:** It is recommended to use a glass teacup or teapot.

2. **Tea-to-Water Ratio:** 2g (tea) : 100ml (water)

3. **Brewing Steps:**

   - Place the tea leaves into the teacup or teapot.

   - Pour water at 90-95℃ into the teacup or teapot, filling it halfway for the first infusion. Wait patiently for 1-2 minutes before filling it to the top. After 10 seconds, the tea is ready to drink.

   - For the second and third infusions, steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

   - For the fourth to sixth infusions, increase the steeping time by 20 seconds each time. (Adjust the steeping time according to your personal taste preferences.)

4. **Note:** After each infusion, do not pour out all the water; retain about 1/7 or 1/8 of the water in the teacup or teapot.

5. **Multiple Infusions:** The tea can be brewed 5-6 times.
