Dongding Oolong Tea from Nantou County, Taiwan, is a very famous tea in the region, known for its unique aroma and taste. Dongding Oolong Tea is a lightly fermented tea with a fermentation level of 15-25%, falling between Baozhong tea and Oolong tea. In its production process, hot rolling is a unique skill in making Dongding tea, which gives the tea soup a golden yellow color and clarity, with a refreshing aroma that stimulates saliva upon tasting, and a strong and lasting aftertaste that makes it durable for multiple infusions. The Gukeng Township in Nantou County is the main producing area for Dongding Oolong Tea. The tea gardens here are mostly distributed in mountainous areas at an altitude of 700-1000 meters, with large temperature differences between day and night, rich organic matter in the soil, and year-round fog shrouded, providing an excellent environment for the growth of tea trees.
