Dian Hong Mitong is a cool black tea, hand-shaped into a pyramid (conical form). This tea has a delightful black tea flavor, rich but not bitter, with a full and round mouthfeel ("honey-like"). There is no real honey in this tea.
A pyramid weighs approximately 4 grams. It is very easy to brew—brew one Mitong at a time, which is enough for a pot or multiple infusions.
