Organic white tea is made solely from the buds of the tea plant. The picking is very precise, and the tea consists only of silver needles. This special tea requires the best buds to be plucked and then sorted by hand. After drying, the silver needle tea has a light infusion and a soft taste. The gentle flavor, combined with the high quality of the tea leaves, makes silver needle tea an unforgettable and invigorating beverage. Approximately 1 kilogram of tea leaves requires the picking of 20,000 to 30,000 buds, which are then air-dried to a moisture content of 20%. In baskets within the village, they are further dried at a gentle temperature of around 40 degrees Celsius to a final moisture content of 3%. The infusion of this tea is light and has a soft mouthfeel.
